Fido app on iPad does not show the Fido icon picture. Why? I want to see my bill on iPad too. Yes once you click the blank icon, it gets you into the app sideways as it is only for iPhone. Please make an app for iPad. Thank you.
The app is a giant pile of crap.. Slow to navigate and offers no useful information, you have to dig around to find anything. Thanks for being useless Fido.
Seriously, wtf is your team doing ?!? App is not working. Youre having difficulties since the dawn of times. Might be the time for me to change cellphone company for a better one. For the price you are charging us, you guys are the worst.,,,
BTW not only the app the website was so annoying too. My account got locked out, it wont let me sign in even if I enter my right account and password. So annoying!!!
App doesnt work. Cant pay with my credit card or view payments. Crashes constantly and is very glitchy. Dont even bother downloading it honestly. Just use the website or something.
The app is slow and unresponsive. Since upgrading to iOS 10 I am unable to make payments. So its essentially useless.
Ive tried to pay my Fido bill 10 times through the app but it doesnt continue to charge me, how am I supposed to pay my bill if Fido wont let me?!
The app used to work decent, id be able to check my usage, and all but ever since the revamped the app, nothing works, all of my usage is always N/A, Fido doesnt even bother to send text messages to say your about to go over your limit, id give the app a -10 if i could, im fed up with this useless app..
This has to be the worst app of all time!! Its always down when I want to check my usage or billing info, get your act together Fido!!! I pay enough money every month, the least you can do is put a little effort and cashola into this pathetic thing you call an app and fix it!!!!!!
Slow!! Crashes all the time. Have tried paying my bill 5 days in a row and it crashes during the process. Please fix.
As of September 23rd, i cant pay using the app... its saying my CC number is invalid even though it is good!
The application is not working. I am not able to view my usage for the past few weeks and its making me really frustrated.
Half the time it tells me to check back later, meanwhile I imagine eating up the data that I am trying to keep track of by opening it.

I never succeessfully using this app to check my usage since the first day that I downloaded it. It had been few years. Always snag or mistake. Grate work team!
Always have to click sign in and sometimes it doesnt load properly so you cant even get to your phone overview. PLEASE FIX
I feel like this is some sort of sick joke. It hasnt been functioning (for months) then you release an update that still doesnt solve a single solution.. whats happening?
